Exceptional Stay at Sonder Maisonneuve My recent stay at Sonder Maisonneuve exceeded all expectations. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the city, with easy access to everything from restaurants and shops to cultural attractions and public transportation. One of the highlights was definitely the gym: modern, spacious, and extremely well-equipped. It made it easy to keep up with my workouts while traveling. The room itself was incredibly comfortable — thoughtfully designed, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything I needed for both relaxation and productivity. The bed was especially comfortable, and the soundproofing ensured a restful night’s sleep. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Montreal.

The Apartment: Style and Comfort The apartment itself was stunning. The design is sleek and contemporary, featuring beautiful natural light, stylish furniture, and high-quality finishes, as you can see in the photos. • Living Area: The open-concept living space with its comfortable sofa, dark coffee table, and large TV was the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. • Kitchen: The fully-equipped, minimalist kitchen with its white cabinetry, sleek appliances, and cozy dining nook made cooking and dining in a pleasure. Having a full refrigerator, cooktop, and microwave was incredibly convenient. • Bedroom & Bathroom: The bedding was crisp and clean , ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was beautifully done with a modern, walk-in shower and high-quality tiling. • Laundry: A huge bonus was the in-unit washer and dryer a lifesaver for longer trips! Unbeatable Amenities & Views The amenities truly elevated the experience: • Downtown View Balcony: A highlight was the private balcony overlooking the lively downtown area, providing a fantastic space for morning coffee or an evening cocktail with a view. • Fitness Center: The on-site gym was well-equipped, making it easy to stick to our routine while traveling. • Location: The building's prime location is excellent, allowing us to easily walk to restaurants, shops, and attractions in the heart of downtown. Seamless Experience From the moment we arrived, the stay was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to the easy, keyless entry (Image 5) and the overall digital-first approach that Sonder is known for. The exterior is striking and welcoming. In summary, if you're looking for a luxurious, well-appointed, and conveniently located home base for your trip, I highly recommend Sonder by Marriott Bonvoy. An excellent stay at Sonder Maisonneuve, Montréal! The location was ideal for my stay being a two-minute walk from the metro and close to local amenities. I originally booked a Studio apartment for my stay but was delighted to receive an email a few days before my stay informing me that I had been upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment! Check in was very smooth. Everything is completed on the Sonder app and this meant I could just go straight to my space upon arrival. The apartment was very modern, clean and well presented. It was well-equipped and had everything you could have needed from shower gel & shampoo to basic cleaning and cooking amenities. It was refreshing to see some more thoughtful touches too, such the provision of earplugs and a white noise machine to block out the city noise - albeit I never had to use these as I couldn't hear much outside noise during my stay. Upon departure there were self-service luggage lockers to use in the basement which were very useful as I didn't need to return to the airport until the late afternoon. Overall, an excellent stay to remember!

Fantastic stay! Sonder Maisonneuve was spotless, modern, and perfectly located in the heart of Montreal. The check-in was smooth, the suite was stylish and fully equipped (loved the kitchen and in-suite laundry), and the building felt safe with great amenities. Quiet at night but close to everything. Truly a home away from home — highly recommend!

I was honestly very impressed by my stay. The room was perfectly equipped with everything you might need. Full kitchen with dish washer, washer & dryer, iron/board and even a full balcony. It was clean, comfortable and safe. It was a seamless check in & check out process. The building has an accessible rooftop, pool, jacuzzi, gym & sauna. The location of this Sonder is perfectly situated near all of the best shopping. You are able to store your bags as well which was convenient. I can't wait for my next Sonder stay!

A Montreal Stay That Hit Every Note Montreal gave us two milestones this September: celebrating our wedding anniversary and running the city’s marathon. Both were unforgettable—but only one came with a rooftop pool, skyline views, and a sauna on the 14th floor. Staying at Sonder Maisonneuve felt like we’d found the sweet spot where comfort meets cool. The location couldn’t be more perfect: parking downstairs (a gift after a long drive), the metro just steps away, and cafés that make you linger over a flat white before wandering into Downtown. Strolling through the city to pick up our race bibs felt like slipping into a movie set—urban, vibrant, but never overwhelming. Inside, our apartment was a modern design dream: clean lines, art that made us smile, furniture that actually makes you want to sit down, and those floor-to-ceiling views that remind you you’re in a city that knows how to show off. Morning coffee tasted better with Mount Royal watching over us. And then there’s the crown jewel: the rooftop. Post-marathon recovery in a pool with the skyline as your backdrop? Bliss. A sauna and fitness studio so sleek you almost forget you’re working out? Even better. The rooftop terrace became our spot for toasting both the finish line and our years together—celebrating life, love, and la belle ville all at once. Would we come back? In a heartbeat. Sonder Maisonneuve is the kind of stay that makes you quietly smug about your hotel choice while pretending it was just luck. Montreal, we’ll be back—and yes, it’ll be at a Sonder. Because honestly, more and better doesn’t exist.

The location is amazing, spacious 3 bedroom appt with wrap around deck with lots of chairs. Beds were comfortable, handheld showers with rainhead too! Very clean, comfortable. Main deck staff were friendly. We didn't cook, but we had full kitchen and dining area. On our last morning, we brought our breakfast on the 20 floor terraxs - everything was perfect! Next time we are in Montreal - we'll stay here and recommend to friends.
